Job description

My client, an all-encompassing Management Software provider, based in Watford are looking for a new, Graduate, Business Development Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has recently graduated, who has a passion for business development and would like to further their career within an excellent company with many well-known, blue-chip partnerships!

The Location: Watford/ Hybrid (4 days office based while training, and then 3 days after successful completion) The salary: Competitive The hours: 40 hours per week (1 hour lunch)Benefits: 33 days paid holiday including bank holidays, cashback scheme, private medical and more.

The Role:

  • Gain vast exposure to marketing and sales work, working on innovative new ways of generating leads in the industry.
  • Generate market awareness and lead generation to build sales.
  • Drive brand awareness.
  • Liase and work closely with the marketing department.
  • Using a variety of platforms to generate new leads.
  • Create video content which you will personally star in.
  • Create status reports and progress plans.

The person:

  • Will be a recent university graduate (all graduates considered)
  • Be confident in their ability to give presentations and appear in online advertising.
  • Have a passion for sales.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator.
