Graduate Building Surveyor

Kenton Black are currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor for a permanent role in the Dundee area. Our client is looking to add to their established team to assist with a wide range of surveying works within property preservation and repair services.

The role will be split between office and site. Weekly hours will be 39 hours per week.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor you will be responsible for;
- Carry out surveys in domestic, commercial ,local authority and social housing properties.
- Compile detailed comprehensive reports and accurate quotations using word and excel templates.
- Develop new and retain existing client base.
- Promoting and selling of company products and services.
- Day to day contact with team members and office staff

To be considered for the role you will require;
- RICS Accredited Degree
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Extremely motivated and passionate about delivering high levels of service to our current and potential clients with good networking skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Being able to work as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
