A highly reputable UK Consultancy are actively seeking a meticulous and dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team of Surveyors based out of their Birmingham head office. Position Summary:
Graduate Building Surveyor
Due to continuing expansion of their Building Surveying Department, this forward-thinking firm are now looking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor to join an established Building Surveying Team in their Birmingham office.
They provide a RICS Graduate Support Programme and actively drive graduate APC progression. The companies Building Surveyors deliver the full range of building surveying services to Clients who are both local and nationally based so can give graduates level 3 experience in the mandatory and core competencies required to achieve Chartered status.
The candidate should be a focused and driven individual who is well presented, confident, with good communication and writing skills. The candidate should have completed an RICS accredited Building Surveying degree course and ideally have some experience in the field. They will also be required to hold a clean full driving licence.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Building Surveys
- Execute client-facing duties with professionalism and precision
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships
- Undertake various Building Survey responsibilities
Qualifications:
- RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying
- Demonstrable Industry Experience
- Possession of a Valid Driving License
Package:
- Annual Salary Range: 30,000
