Job Description of the Graduate Business Developer:
As a Graduate Business Developer you will be enthusiastic, eager to learn and tenacious with a passion to succeed and will be part of an energetic and driven sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in sales and advance within our clients company.
Responsibilities of the Graduate Business Developer:

• Engage in a structured training program to gain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and sales processes.
• Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Experience required of the Graduate Business Developer:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The office is based in Tunbridge Wells and offers hybrid working of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days WFH.
