Starting ASAP, this term-time-only role has the potential to continue for the remainder of the 2023/24 academic year and potentially into the new academic year in September 2024. It offers an excellent salary of £90 - £100 per day.
You will need:
- Passion and enthusiasm to shape the next generation.
- An interest in teaching, health or social care or SEN.
- Degree - 2:2 or above. English, maths, science, psychology or a related subject
- Have high expectations of teaching and learning.
- Ability to relate well to pupils and adults.
- To have good communication skills
- To be confident, self-assured and happy.
- Be keen to develop as a professional

In this role, you’ll provide practical learning support to their learners under the guidance of the class teachers and college SENCo.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- 1:1 and small group pupil support under the direct supervision of teaching staff.
- Supporting independent learning and providing feedback to the teacher.
- Supporting the teacher with managing behaviour and keep pupils on task.
- Helping to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Supporting pupils in social and emotional well-being.
- Ensuring all pupils feel valued and included in the classroom.
