Based in Portadown my client is a leading mobile and Static Plant designer and manufacturer who have virtually no turnover of staff. Due to further expansion they have created the new position of Graduate Design Engineer. The order books are full and our client is offering a secure, well paid job. On offer is a salary of £28,000 - £30,000, 33 holidays and pension. The level of salary offered will depend upon how relevant your placement year and / or what your general experience is.
Role – Graduate Design Engineer
·Detailing engineering drawings for manufacture
·3D modelling of bespoke machinery and plant
·Maintenance of user documentation
·Creation and maintenance of BOMs for manufacture and production
·Achieve weekly KPIs and record same for weekly meetings.
Person – Graduate Design Engineer
·2:2 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar degree that is mechanical and mathematical based
·Must have completed a placement year within a manufacturing environment
·Experience in using 3D design Software
