The Opportunity:

Calling all aspiring Graduate Engineers with a keen interest in revolutionizing the manufacturing systems for structural aircraft components. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of crafting the future of aerospace manufacturing, focusing on productivity and innovation in structural component production.

We're on the lookout for passionate individuals, fresh graduates eager to make their mark by enhancing manufacturing system productivity for structural aircraft components. This role is tailor-made for those hungry to apply their skills, learn extensively, and spearhead advancements in aerospace engineering.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Graduate Engineer specializing in Structural Aircraft Component Manufacturing, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and innovating manufacturing systems to optimize productivity for structural aircraft components.
  • Employing cutting-edge techniques and methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and implement new manufacturing systems.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to elevate efficiency and quality in production.
  • Conducting analyses to identify areas for enhancement and proposing viable solutions for system optimization
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong foundational knowledge in engineering principles, particularly in manufacturing systems and structural component design.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking, essential for devising innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with Lean Principles and their application in manufacturing systems.

Essential Requirements:

  • Holda relevant technical degree (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) specializing in engineering.

Desired Skills:

  • Awareness of aerospace manufacturing systems and their impact on structural component production.
  • Basic programming skills, particularly in Python or similar languages, to streamline manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated systems knowledge and skills in understanding requirements and Verification & Validation

Personal attributes:

  • Proactive initiative in approaching tasks, coupled with adherence to established protocols.
  • Ability to thrive in diverse team environments, fostering collaboration across functions and locations.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to various stakeholders.
