A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a pioneering investment and wealth management firm in Bristol, as they seek candidates to join their ESG team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sustainability who is looking to bring this into a corporate environment. This firm is pioneering within the Impact Investment space - this is not an opportunity to miss!

In this role, you will be working to support Investment Managers with ongoing oversight of client portfolios, ensuring that they are still meeting the client’s preferences with regards to their sustainability credentials.

Duties of the Graduate ESG Analyst to include:

  • Manage a research database tracking companies' ethical/ESG performance through diverse sources.
  • Aid in crafting annual ethical reviews for companies, intended for client distribution.
  • Attend seminars, events, and conferences related to Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) as needed.
  • Assist in engaging with companies, NGOs, and collaborative partners on corporate responsibility and sustainability matters.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the company's thematic research process, which involves monitoring sustainability trends and their drivers, as well as contributing to thought leadership pieces.
  • Provide support to the team in addressing client inquiries on various sustainability issues.

Requirements for the successful ESG Analyst candidate:

  • Educated to University Undergraduate degree level or equivalent
  • You MUST have previous experience within ESG (either through studies or in a professional environment)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong Teamworking and Communication skills
