My client is a well respected farm consultancy business with a proven track record in producing the next generation of Consultants through their graduate training programme.
You will work within an established team of experts, each with their areas of specialism, your role will be centred around agricultural compliance- supporting your farmers navigating changes to legislation and rural payments.
This opportunity provides a genuinely rare opportunity to learn from the best, setting you up for a successful career in farm consultancy- this role is the gateway to a long and successful career within a business brimming with ample progression.
You will need to be:
• Enthusiastic, driven and committed- they will provide exemplary training but you need the drive to take it on.
• A passion for farming, with an understanding of current issues in the sector.
• A head for figures and detail.
• A relevant degree at BSc and above and/or prior experience in compliance.
In return, you will receive an attractive salary package to include future bonus which is uncapped.
