In this role you will receive specialist internal and external training, as well as plenty of opportunities to learn whilst on the job. You will take on a varied list of responsibilities, includign georeferencing, managing data, land referencing, digitising and planning production for clients.
The ideal candidate will have or be working towards a degree focused on GIS or Geography and be keen to progress in their career. They will need to be able to effectively explain and communicate GIS to people who don't understand it. A strong level of attention to detail is required for this position.
This role would suit someone with a Degree/Education specialising in GIS and who is keen to learn new skills and progress in their career, at a company that offers excellent development opportunities and career growth.
The Role:
- Managing GIS databases
- Georeferencing and digitising
- Planning production for clients
- Providing GIS Support to clients
The Person:
- Working towards or has a degree related to GIS or Geography
- Able to communicate GIS concepts to people not familiar with GIS
- Has a car and a valid driving license
