The Company:

A fast growing recruitment consultancy firm who have divisions in automotive, telecoms, fintech, life science and cyber security.

The Role: £24K - £28K

You will be working across all the teams (basically wherever needs assistance with sourcing candidates). You will be involved in briefing calls where you find out about the necessary requirements. You will be researching/finding candidates, reaching out and screening them. Shortlisting candidates, assisting them through the interview process including prepping candidates and negotiating offers

Requirements:

• Degree (or equivalent)
• Committed: it does take a while to be successful so commitment and dedication are essential
• Confident: networking is key so confidence is a must!
