Graduate Marketing Executive - Responsibilities 

Reporting into the Head of Campaigns, you'll be responsible for executing integrated campaigns to maximise the sales into our existing customer base. Working closely with the wider marketing, sales and product team your duties will include:

• Implementing comprehensive, engaging cross-sell and upsell campaigns to drive additional revenue from our existing customers.
• Analyse and report on the performance of campaigns to identify improvements for future activity.
• Manage data in Salesforce to deliver targeted whitespace & sector campaigns.
• Working with wider team to develop and execute marketing strategies and offer support where needed
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure support for campaigns, including content creation, digital activity, social media, and events.
• Work closely with the sales team to communicate campaign progress and focus areas for lead generation and revenue growth.
• Build nurture campaigns to engage prospects and customers throughout the buying process and customer journey.
• Keep up to date with new marketing trends and opportunities that can enhance our cross sell and upsell efforts.

Graduate Marketing Executive - Required Skills 

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about marketing
• Positive and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to distil product information into clear, customer-friendly content suitable for marketing purposes
• Data led and analytical thinker with good reporting skills 
• CRM & marketing automation experience - ideally Salesforce and Pardot
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
