Our client is seeking a talented, graduate to join their dynamic team and play a vital role in their continued success. In this role, you'll be offered a significant amount of training and support to ensure success. You will be the backbone of their operations, managing quotes, fulfilling orders, keeping customers informed, and ensuring smooth stock management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock
- Manage and process quotes and orders
- Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients updated on order progress and resolving any issues
- Utilize and manage the CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally
