You have some administration experience but you re really looking for something more creative. You love products, and you re great at juggling. You like to take responsibility for your own workload and helping out in lots of different ways. You also like the details, ensuring everything is just so, and information is ready at everyone s finger tips! What you ll be doing:

• Creating mood boards/ market research/ ad hoc requests from customers
• Sample management - being in control of all samples received, keeping detailed records of things sent in/out of the business.
• Administration tasks, including data collection, arranging pack copy forms, maintenance of data records, and barcode allocations.
• Helping to create slides to add to customer strategy meeting decks.
• Competitor analysis, visiting top 6 supermarkets monthly, collecting info on RRPs, specs and designs and supporting comp shop trips.
• Sample purchasing, ensuring that anything needed for meetings or to be sent to FE for benchmarking is bought ahead of time.
• Helping to action design briefs and uploading to our project management system.
• Brief number allocation and uploading new projects to project management system.

Dovetail Recruitment are looking for a Graduate Product Development Assistant to join our client of 10 years, working with the National Account Controller who has progressed up the ranks. You ll be exposed to products you see every day in shops, giving you a buzz knowing you were part of that whole development process. You might have recently graduated and you re unsure how to find the right balance of creative and administration in a role.

Minimum Requirements for the Graduate Product Development Assistant

• One year of administration experience or recent graduate with a placement year
• Creative mindset
• Eye for detail and highly organised

Salary & Details:

• GBP25,000 per annum with salary reviews
• 25 days holiday per annum, increasing to 27 days after 3 years service and 30 days after 5 years service
