Responsibilities


As a Project Controls Analyst, you'll be helping set up and maintain our client's project systems. From reports to schedules, you'll assist in delivering key project elements and ensure everything runs like clockwork. The main responsibilities include:


  • Diving into project budgets, track expenses, and recommend smart financial actions.
  • Teaming up to craft and monitor project schedules, keeping an eye on progress and fine-tuning timelines.
  • Channelling your inner storyteller to create project reports and dashboards that tell our success story.
  • Keeping the project documentation on point and compliant.
  • Being the bridge between teams, communicating project updates and ensuring everyone's on the same page.


Requirements


  • Possession of an Undergraduate Degree (preferably related to Project Controls, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Maths, Business Studies or other related field)
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Strong soft skills, excellent communication abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent)
  • A passionate interest in Change and IT
