Are you a Building Services Graduate from a mechanical background looking for a highly varied and technical role for a company that will invest heavily into your training and development, allowing you to progress to a fully qualified Project Manager?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit and long-standing company offering on-the-job shadowing and specialised Project Management training courses.
In this office based role you will be working closely with an experienced Project Manager to learn the trade of Building Services, including estimating for quotes, designing, and ordering equipment. You will then be travelling to various sites within the M25 border to oversee installations and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing and BMS projects.
Founded in the 1970's, this Building Services company design, supply, and install for main contractors, consultants, and architects. They work with notable high end clients such as Harrods, Fortnum & Mason, and Selfridges, on projects valuing up to 2 million pounds.
This role would suit a Graduate from a Mechanical Building Services background looking to kickstart their career in an exciting, long-term role for a company that will encourage growth to become a Project Manager.
The Role:

• Estimating for quotes, designing, and ordering equipment
• Attending sites to oversee installations and commissioning
• Office based, with frequent site visits within the M25 border
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

The Person:

• Building Services Engineering Degree
• Mechanically biased
• Looking to become a Project Engineer/Manager
