The Role:
This is an entry level role for a highly-driven graduate where you will undergo extensive and supportive training. Our client is all about consultant development offering progression from day one of your career!
A substantial proportion of the role requires regular candidate interviewing and screening to determine if candidates are suitable. This means that a proactive nature and the ability to build strong relationships over the phone quickly is desired. Initially, you will be acting as the right-hand man for the consultants, assisting them in finding suitable candidates for the roles and helping them screen and interview them for roles within both local SMEs and national enterprises. You will be fully supported in progressing in to a full 360 role where you will be responsible for your own clients whilst also being required to develop new business eventually to grow your desk.
- Highly motivated, hard-working, and passionate graduate
- Language skills in particular German, Dutch, French desirable but not essential.
- Able to demonstrating strong qualities for drive, motivation and teamwork i.e. sporting achievements, previous work experience alongside studies and academic achievements.
- Exceptional communication skills, friendly and able to develop strong relationships with the candidates over the phone.
