Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Coordinators, London
Base salary £25k, bonuses, Office based
We’re looking for graduates to start their career with us and make a career out of finding people.
The company and industry:
Pertemps is a privately owned specialist recruitment company. We work with local authorities to find them the qualified social workers they need.
We have a strong presence in the social care sector, and we’re ambitious. We’re looking for the next generation of imaginative and talented graduates to help us grow.
Recruitment is a fast-paced, busy industry, but when people come to us, they need to trust us. They’re putting their next career move in our hands.
Traditionally, job searches start with an advert in the press or on job boards, but at Pertemps , we’re hiring and developing people to proactively reach out to the most exciting candidates. We’re shaking up the recruitment process and taking every opportunity we can see in social media and other channels.
Our unique take:

It’s still a sales role, but you’ll be ‘selling’ your personality – and the currency is trust. You’ll want your candidates to buy into you, and trust is crucial if you’re going to help them find their next role.
Because social work vacancies are given to us, you won’t need to focus on client business development. Instead, you’ll be candidate-led, concentrating on the quality of your sector knowledge and relationships with social workers.
You will be:
