Graduate Sales Administrator - GBP26,000 + OTE

We have a fantastic newly created hybrid sales opportunity for a bright and capable Graduate to join a prestigious Security & Protection Company based in Surrey. The successful candidate will receive full training to take responsibility for key aspects of the sales process, from initial meetings and providing a quote, to resolving queries to successfully closing the deal, and in addition provide administrative support the existing sales team. Solutions often include CCTV, Alarms, control panels, gates and access control, often for VIP Clients. This role offers a hybrid working pattern with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. • • Prepare quotations and administration to support the sales team
  • Meet and prepare quotations for clients with a deal size below GBP10,000
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, both over the phone and face to face
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their security needs
  • Understand and demonstrate the features, advantages, and benefits of security products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise potential profit
  • Collaborate with team members, including technical staff, to craft client-specific solutions

Requirements

• • Educated to Degree level (2:1 in any discipline)
  • It is essential to have a Full Driving License and own vehicle
  • Highly motivated and target-driven considering sales as a potential career
  • Clear communication and smart personal presentation
  • Strong analytical ability to understand and propose solutions for complex security needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
