Open Ended Contract, 35 hours per week We are looking for a Graduate School Administrator, based at James Clerk Maxwell Building on the King’s Building campus. The Opportunity: This post will join the Graduate Schools administrative team, providing high quality administrative support to Postgraduate Research students and academic staff. We are open to requests for hybrid working. Your skills and attributes for success: Ideally, standard grades plus typically 3 years’ experience in relevant roles Experience of administration of PGR programmes Good interpersonal skills and an ability to foster positive working relationships. A good standard of communication skills, written and verbal, and an ability to explain processes and procedures to those for whom English is not their first language. Strong time management and organisational skills.
