Job Summary
- Reporting and working with the engineering team, construction managers and trade contractors.
- Over-see on-site contractors, monitoring of works (including safe systems of works), undertake quality control and track progress against project deadlines, maintaining control stations and production of AS built Surveys.
- Site set up and compliance, demonstrating K2’s policies and procedures at all times
- Completing all setting out various packages including, structural steel, RC frame, cadding, groundworks
- Raising technical queries on design issues as and when they occur
- Preparing health and safety documentation.

Education and Qualifications:
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) – Desired
- Preferably degree educated or equivalent, in Civil Engineering or a Construction related discipline.
- CSCS card desired
- AutoCAD skills would be a distinct advantage both for new and existing projects and assets.
- Previously worked on construction site desired

*Please note that this role is initially on a 6 month fixed term contract and may have the opportunity to be extended/made permanent depending on the nature & success of future incoming projects, which will be reviewed closer to the time.
