Graduate Studio Administrator

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Graduate Studio Assistant.

Salary: £22,500-£25,000

Hybrid: 5 days near Farringdon/Chancery Lane stations

Hours: 9:00-6:00 Mon-Thursday, Friday 9-3:30

We are looking for a proactive, fast learner who loves to support and help!

Duties:

• You will answer the phone to clients and direct clients calls
• General administration for the team
• Keeping the studio looking presentable
• Tech support, expenses
• Client services
• In the future once settling with the above duties helping with events, social media and more

ABOUT YOU:

• You are a brilliant communicator who gets on with everyone you meet, you are driven, with a great attitude and keen to learn!
• Graduate (or equivalent)
• Experience in an office event would be great, but some work experience
• You are very organised
• You are confident, well written and great on the phone
• You are friendly and upbeat
• You are good under pressure
• You are excited to work for an interior design house, but not seeking to be a designer.
