Graduate Surveyor/Surveyor – Transaction Management – Up to £38k

An opportunity to work for a market leading Property Consultancy, in their growing Transaction Management team has arisen. This role is based in the centre of Birmingham and is offering Up to £38k + car allowance, for the right individual. This position would be perfect for a newly qualified Surveyor or someone who is working toward their MRICS.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients and other parties to ensure of effective processes
• Managing lease terms and processes
• Managing and monitoring rent collection and tenant liaison
• Generating and presenting cost saving strategies for clients
• Liaising with internal teams and departments
• Maintaining and building client relations
• Regularly communicating and reporting to clients

Skills Required:

• MRICS qualified (or working towards)
• Previous experience undertaking Landlord and Tenant processes
• IT compliant
