3ADAPT are a boutique strategy and advisory consultancy who are working on a number of high profile and aspirational projects. We work across scales, supporting organisations to define and deliver their strategic objectives across their organisation, portfolio of assets or individual buildings, enabling them to be more sustainable.

• A competitive salary depending on experience (based on a 37.5 working week):

  • Graduate Consultant/Analyst: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum.

• 5% pension company contribution on top of personal contribution,

• Annual bonus opportunities depending on business performance,

• Life insurance providing payment of 4 times annual basic salary,

• Encouragement and support to pursue personal training and learning opportunities, including payment of an annual professional subscription,

• 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays,

• Flexible working opportunities with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office for a full-time position. Core office working hours can be agreed depending on personal circumstances.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a ‘self-starter’, who is passionate about addressing complexity through understanding data and collaborating closely with people to make change happen. Whilst the work we do is serious, we believe that we can still do this whilst having fun!

An example of what you will be doing:

• Working with the consultant team on projects,

• Supporting the development of a wide range of sustainability-related strategies through policy research and report writing,

• Supporting stakeholder engagement and communications,

• Actively contributing to and shaping 3ADAPT’s reputation and growth.

Beyond this, you will ideally:

• Have an understanding of and passion to solve sustainability issues,

• Possess experience working collaboratively, in a team environment,

• Have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information,

• Desire and drive to continuously learn,

• Have experience of a previous placement or internship experience (preferable),

• Hold a related degree or equivalent qualification.
