Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Haringey, London
Role Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Support class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote a safe, respectful, and productive atmosphere.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
- Passion for education and working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential.
