We have partnered with a secondary school in Swindon who are looking for inspiring and caring graduates to join their SEN department.
Through this role, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse team. This college prides itself on creating a supportive and positive environment for its students and staff which we would love for you to be a part of.
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll be supporting students who have additional needs. The students you'll be supporting will have a range of high and complex needs, including special educational needs, social emotional mental health needs and physical needs.
The great thing about this role is no two days will be the same, you'll be supporting students on a 1:1 basis across their varied curriculum.
It's essential that you are a highly empathetic person who is adaptable and able to communicate confidently and clearly.

- Full-time: 35-hour working week (Monday – Friday)
- £23,400 - £25,480 Pro Rata - Term Time Only
What We Are Looking For:
- Hold a completed bachelor's degree (minimum 2:2)
- Able to adapt and communicate well with individuals with varying backgrounds, needs and abilities
- Experience supporting individuals with SEN (an advantage but not essential)
- Positive mindset and team player
- A good level of Maths and/or English
- Passionate about supporting young people and adults with their education
