Graduate Trainee - The Role:

We're seeking talented graduates for a one-year placement on a historic farming estate. The estate is in an exciting phase of development, commercially and within the property development and leisure sectors. You will rotate through various roles, gaining hands-on experience and discovering new skills. You'll be provided with necessary training, plus optional certified training courses in areas to develop your future career. You will be tasked with taking on projects related to each role. This is a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of working life on the Estate and demonstrate your time management and organization skills.

Graduate Trainee - Responsibilities:

Over the year you will get a unique and exciting opportunity to spend time working in several aspects of Estate life to include but not limited to:

• Heritage Breed Cattle and Poultry Management
• Commercial Sales and marketing of FMCG
• Finance and Management Accounting
• Residential and Commercial Property Management
• Travel and Tourism
• Business Management and Leadership
• Project Management

Graduate Trainee - The Candidate:

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and hardworking graduates with a willingness to get involved. We don't have a preference for which degree you have studied but we would like to encourage applications from the local community in-line with the Estate's vision to invigorate the local area.
