SALARY: £25,000 with uncapped commission.

Recruitment is a stimulating, fast moving industry with huge opportunities to succeed. Uncapped commission can result in candidates earning in excess of £40,000 in their first year.
Requirements:
· Motivated, driven and willing to work hard to ensure targets are met.
· Fantastic communication skills and able to form long lasting relationships with a vast array of clients.
· Previous direct sales experience is desirable but not essential.
· Degree 2.1 or above (2.2 may be accepted if the candidate can evidence extra - curricular activities)
