This is a fantastic opportunity for an ecommerce graduate to work closely with the merchandising and digital marketing teams to help deliver engaging content across their UK and international websites, ensuring they’re fully optimised and ultimately delivering a first-class customer experience.
- The day-to-day trading of the websites, working closely with the merchandising and design team to ensure optimum delivery of the promotional plan and Creative Calendar
- Ensure the accuracy of all editorial content, imagery, video, product text etc.
- Ensure that sites conform to brand guidelines
- Help to ensure site content and structure is fully optimized for SEO and brief copywriters where necessary
- Briefing site assets to the Design team, including product imagery, homepages, landing pages content and promotional boxes
- Analyse and monitor promotional activity
- Recommend layout and content changes to improve to the online customer experience
- Uploading content to social media hubs and videos to products on the website
- Conduct relevant aspects of website MOTs
- Maintain customer information pages
- Regular site usability and functionality testing
- Any other related task
Skills Required:
- Educated to degree level with an understanding of statistics/analytics
- Experience of using a CMS or ecommerce platform (Magento & Wordpress)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong teamworking skills
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as a strong customer focus
- Motivated with can do attitude
Hours: 8.15am to 4.45pm - Monday to Friday - 1 day working from home
