A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Grants Officer to join a fantastic livery company focused on being a philanthropic force for good. The Grants Officer will support the Grants Programme Managers in the Philanthropy Team to deliver and develop the major grant-making programmes. The Grants Officer will work on two of the three programmes – Young People & Education and Older People & Housing and have the opportunity to contribute the overall approach.

Role: Grants Officer
Location: London (with one day working from home)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent
Amongst other criteria, the successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge and/or experience of programmes designed to tackle disadvantage.
- Previous experience of supporting young people and mental health.
- Knowledge of grant-making for Young People and Education or Older People and Housing.
- Proven project management skills and experience of delivering successful projects.
- The ability to analyse and synthesise complex information with a good attention to detail.
- Experience of undertaking research, analysing complex information and writing reports.
- Experience of working with or in the Third Sector.
