Graphic Designer

Know your bogey from your birdie? We are looking to expand our team and need Graphic Designers to create and execute branded and innovative designs for our client base of golf clubs throughout the globe. Whether you are straight out of college or have years of experience this could be the role for you.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident, a team player that can take ownership of projects and work with initiative while following Eagle s high standards and work flow processes. Candidates will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

We are ideally looking for an individual with a keen interest in golf although this is not essential.

As the successful applicant, you will sit within our growing design team and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining designs across our range of printed products.

The position is fully office-based in Caterham, Surrey

Who we are

Eagle is the market leader for all golf club industry advice and supplies. We work with a golf club s identity to produce quality solutions and products, however we can ultimately produce and market anything that will help the club. We do this through creating bespoke course signage and wayfinding systems, high quality printed items, for the day-to-day running of each club, and branding services. We are industry experts in golf club brand identity, having the experience and knowledge managing and helping new and existing brands thrive in the golfing world.

We have our own manufacturing and print facilities, with a new American base opening in the new year, aligning with Eagle s growth and vision for the future.

What you ll do

• Be an integral part of the team, supporting the admin and sales teams with high quality designs and artwork for a range of golf clubs.
• Embrace different creative challenges from a range of brands.
• Work on a range of printed products including scorecards, bag tags, diaries and green fee tickets.
• Be a brand guardian for Eagle, ensuring and maintaining consistency and accuracy on all of our proofs.
• Be a proactive member of the design studio, whilst also able to take design direction from senior design colleagues.

What you ll bring

• A passion for high-end graphic design.
• Formal qualification in design with an awareness of the latest design trends.
• Strong working knowledge and efficiency in Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Great typesetting skills.
• Have a good understanding of style sheets, parent pages, layout and typography.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to take the initiative.
• Confident artworker.
• Problem solver.
• Able to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• A desire and willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A keen interest in golf/sport (although this is not essential).
