Graphic Designer

Manage and deliver appropriate projects consummate with the role, being responsible for their planning, development and delivery. Working closely with the marketing and digital teams to support the design and functionality of websites; updates and improvements to webpages, homepage updates, design and creation of event platforms. Following brand guidelines and acting as brand guardian for the organisation, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines, and advising other colleagues where required. Assisting with the selection of photos and images for websites, newsletters and social media channels, and keeping image libraries organised and selecting/editing final images. Assisting with online and in person events where required, and generally across the team if necessary. Reviewing graphic design software and equipment regularly to make sure that the tools at hand are appropriate. Maintain an awareness and understanding of the latest copyright and intellectual property guidance, activating its use where necessary and making colleagues aware. Take day to day responsibility for ensuring the maintenance of the Trusts brand including via appropriate policy. To contribute to the annual operational planning process.
