REQUIREMENTS:
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the Authcode brand by creating visually compelling and cohesive designs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and UX/UI, to create design solutions that align with business goals for mobile platforms.
• Produce high-quality visual assets for a variety of mediums, including digital and print collateral, social media, presentations, and more.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms and campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• You must have strong experience in creating concepts for web and mobile applications by designing graphics and user interface layouts regarding images, typography, colour, style, and related aesthetic concepts
• You must have strong experience in creating content for social media channels and websites
• Experience working in Figma and responsive design
• Motion Graphics Experience desired
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Excellent knowledge of automated build process, best practice and principles
• Articulate business requirements and associated design to ensure business case benefits can be achieved
• Requirements capture, prioritisation, refinement, validation and management using a variety of tools, techniques and methods including Use Case modelling, workshops and storyboards
• Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
• Graduate or equivalent experience
• Experience of working within a programme/project management delivery framework.
General Responsibilities
• Experience in animation engineering, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficient in animation frameworks and tools
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to integrate animations seamlessly into user interfaces.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize performance and address challenges related to animation implementation.
• Prepare documented processes and procedures for implementation of new applications/functionality.
• Ensure the quality and need of user requirements, functional specs, technical specs, data models, and process flow diagrams to sustain high delivery quality and ultimately deliver the project successfully.
• Create deliverables according to the agile methodology, such as user stories, requirements documentation, functional and technical specifications, test cases, and system documentation.
