The Role/Profile
- We’re looking for a digital and print designer with strong creative, typographical, design and layout skills with the emphasis on brand design, to provide leadership and support across Ocado’s brands.
- Working across a wide range of branding and communication channels, you’ll be able to concept, design and present commercial, powerful, creative solutions with minimal support and guidance.
- An in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and update brand guidelines to exacting standards
- Produce creative, strong and original graphic design with a clear design rationale and brand ethos / thinking.
- Ability to take the lead, and run projects, and to be able to see more than just the design perspective from conception to delivery.
- Work collaboratively to develop and execute engaging ideas across a variety of channels and formats, with a good understanding of responsive design principles and best practice as well as a solid understanding of the print industry.
- Be an inspiring brand guardian and advisor to internal and external teams ranging from internal branding, corporate and marketing communications.

- Proven work experience as a Senior Graphic Designer in a similar role.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Skills in 3D and motion a bonus but not essential.
