Graphic Designer / Creative Artworker

Your day-to-day will be a whirlwind of creativity and productivity as you:

• Take the lead on managing a portfolio of brochures, giving them a fresh look for print and digital.
• Show off your design skills by creating captivating sales resources, including infographics, information sheets, presentations, and promotional flyers.
• Let your creative juices flow as you design eye-catching advertisements for both print and digital platforms.
• Ensure quality and precision by proofreading and annotating documents before they're ready for the world.
• Dive into website management, adding new products, updating content, and solving technical glitches.
• Be the driving force behind the commercialisation of new products, including designing packaging that's ready to make a splash.
• Become the expert in interpreting design briefs from both B2B and D2C sources.
• Get hands-on with a wide range of internal and external marketing materials and communications.
• Show your versatility by designing merchandise and creating resources for studios and showrooms.
• Make retail showrooms and kitchen displays pop with your point-of-sale artwork.

As for the skills and experience we're looking for:

• You should have at least 4 years of graphic design experience under your belt.
• A degree or equivalent in Graphic Design is highly desirable.
• You'll need to be a master of the Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• While not essential, familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce and Mailchimp would be a big plus (we're happy to provide training if needed).
• Your grasp of preparing print-ready artwork should be top-notch.
• If you have experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects, that would be fantastic, but it's not a deal-breaker.
• Prior experience working client-side is a definite plus.
• You should be comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Organisational skills and excellent file management are a must.
• Your creativity should shine through, and you should have an eye for detail.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
• If you have an interest in home interiors and interior design, and you keep up with the latest trends, that would be beneficial for helping with photography shoots and sourcing décor for showrooms.
