Since its founding in 2020, Ribbons & Reeves has established itself as the ‘go to’ recruitment company for London schools seeking contract and permanent staff!
We’re looking to build on this success by hiring more Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join and grow with us as part of our fabulous team in our brand new London office at the top of Tower 42, Bishopsgate!
Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything you need to know about recruiting into the Education space. We have confidence in our people, so you’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.
It’s our culture that sets us apart; you won’t catch us in suits and ties, but you will catch us having Friday beers, out at lunch clubs, or off on holidays (Skiing, Dublin and Amsterdam so far!).

About the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role;
All our Recruitment Consultants start out by completing our specialised training programme which starts with sessions delivered by members of the Ribbons & Reeves leadership team and continues with ‘at your desk coaching’. Training never stops at Ribbons & Reeves, we’re a team of reflective learners who look for ways to ensure we continue to deliver a world-class service to candidates and clients all of the time.
We will train you to:
- Understand the requirements of your clients
- Find candidates through advertising and LinkedIn
- Qualify the candidates over the phone
- Create marketing packages to sell your candidates
- Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process
- Work the full recruitment life cycle
- Generate leads and manage relationships with schools to winnew business for yourself and Ribbons & Reeves
Our Graduate Recruitment Consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary!
