The duties and responsibilities of the Greek Head Chef will be:
- Overseeing the kitchen, making sure service always runs smoothly.
- Leading and training the new team to deliver each dish to high standards in both production and presentation.
- Collaborating with my client in menu creation, keeping the menu fresh and modern.
- Ensuring all health and safety, and Food Hygiene standards are always adhered to.
Our ideal Greek Head Chef will:
- Specialise in authentic Greek cuisine.
- Have experience in Fine Dining.
- Experience in leading and training the next generation of chefs.
- Be confident in menu creation.
Job-type: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: 48 hours per week, 5/7 days, shift patterns to be discussed at interview.
Salary: £55K per annum
