If you speak fluent GREEK and have a law degree this is a really exciting opportunity to join a fast growth entertainment business as a PARALEGAL either in London or in Athens. The business is flourishing and have just taken on a new global head of Legal who needs paralegal support and who can liaise with Greece. This is a fun, engaging and exciting opportunity in which you will attend deal meetings, translate, support your boss and get real exposure to up to 20 M+A Television and entertainment deals in 2024 . The new Head of Legal is also delightful and will get you very involved operationally!

Title:GREEK Paralegal Executive ( London or Athens)

Language: Greek to native standard

Salary : £32000-£50,000 ( depending on experience)

Location: Knightsbridge in London OR ATHENS

Work style: Hybrid: 4 days in the office. 1 day wfh

Duties

Acting as the point of contact between Greece and London you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and paralegal support to the Head of Legal

  • Assist in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and filings
  • Liaise constantly with the Greek office and the legal team there
  • Attend deal meetings and proactively contribute to those meetings .
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support M+A deals
  • Translate documents and interpret where needed
  • Provide secretarial support to the Head of Legal (incl: diary management , organising travel, management of expenses , booking flights etc )
  • If you join the team in ATHENS there will also be private family office work to get your teeth into

Requirements

  • Law degree (essential)
  • Fluent Greek (to native standard )
  • Some previous office admin experience
