To be able to work on every section from grill and plate up to starters and desserts

Work as part of a team
You should have experience in a branded operation and used to working in a high volume venue, a good sense of humour is essential and an ability to remain calm under pressure
you will be working within our existing team and will learn all areas of the kitchen preparing and cooking meals, cleaning as per required and complying to health and safety rules.
We have a consistent 5* rating with EHO and NSF and you will be required to work to a standard to maintain this.
Hours of work are between 9am and 11pm and are on a rota basis 5 days from 7 .you will be working weekends and bank holidays
