Description
The successful Grocery NAM - FTC will demonstrate:
· A proven track record looking after Top 4 Grocery accounts, plus Argos (ideally).
· Drive sales growth and meet set targets.
· Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts.
· Using Data to create decision making to enhance the momentum of the account.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
· Manage and report on sales performance metrics.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction both internally and externally
· Confidence to challenge retailers and innovate space within the omnichannel landscape
· Self-starter and creative thinker
