SalaryLooking for a Ground Maintenance Operative to join a leading Property Maintenance contract based in North Tyneside
We are after someone who has previous experience carrying out a variety of tasks to include, landscaping maintenance, trees, shrubs and lawns. You will be asked to ensure all materials and tools are available before undertaking tasks and have excellent customer service skills.
Offering up to £26,000 + van and fuel card + excellent benefits package
- Needs full UK Driving Licence for at least 12 months
- NVQ/ C&G qualification in a relevant trade
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally within maintenance
- Flexible working due to seasonal variations in works and workloads
