Ground Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of our production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the finishing operations to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate finishing processes to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Supervise finishing team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the finishing area
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels of finishing supplies and equipment, initiating orders as necessary

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of finishing techniques, equipment, and processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
