Are you passionate about outdoor maintenance and skilled in ground maintenance tasks? We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join my clients team based at their Lesmahagow depot.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine Grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and weed control.
• Operating and maintaining Grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of outdoor areas.
• Participating in landscaping projects as required.
• Assisting with the maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Grounds maintenance or a similar role.
• Valid driving license with trailer entitlement.
• Ability to operate Grounds maintenance machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
