Grounds Maintenance / Gardener - Permanent role
Responsibilities:
To help plan & organise the tools and equipment required for your work,
Grass cutting, strimming, weeding, clearence works
cyclical upkeep of the communal areas to the site
To complete daily work records for your sites.Requirements:
* Practical amenity horticultural knowledge & experience
* PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable, but not essential)
* NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable, but not essential)
* A full driver's licence (with towing licence desirable)
