SalaryOur client, an established and expanding Property Management Group based in Aberdeen, are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Manager to join them due to continued growth. As the Grounds Maintenance Manager, you will be managing a large portfolio of grounds-only developments across the region and this role will be mostly site based with office visits.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar Maintenance Manager role managing ground developments, such as flats and houses. This opportunity also offers an attractive package and career progression.
Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Overview
- Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors
- Responsible for creating and distributing regular customer communications
- Conduct regular owners' meetings, in both individual and group settings
- Plan, attend and manage evening AGM's for portfolio sites
- Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs
- Manage and co-ordinate tender exercises for Grounds Maintenance contracts
- Conduct regular property visits
- Start date: ASAP - happy to wait for notice periods
Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Requirements
- Must be based within commuting distance of Aberdeen
- Full UK drivers' licence
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Good customer service experience
- Ability to work well within a team
Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Remuneration
- Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 + Car Allowance
