Full Time & Permanent- 40-45 hours per week, depending on the season
Our client is a leading UK provider of highly professional services for the commercial retail and utilities sectors extending to Grounds Maintenance, winter services, landscaping, and arboricultural works. With over 30 years experience, our client delivers high quality services utilising high tech- support to provide operational visibility to both the company and its clients. The Company has a history of promotion from within, we will always do our best to retain and develop people with the right attitude and ambition if an opportunity becomes available.
The role is full time starting from home and local depots. Duties will include leading and working as part a 2/3 person team, to deliver services to large nationally known clients including grass mowing, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance, hedge and shrub pruning to an agreed customer specification. The role will be challenging and rewarding and you will be capable of managing staff to provide the best service possible to all clients.

We will offer full training to successful candidates who don t have any prior experience of Grounds Maintenance. A positive attitude, good work ethic and enthusiasm are the most essential attributes required.
It would also be desirable if candidates have recent experience in working as part of a small team and carrying out ground s maintenance, landscaping, gardening or outdoor work and PA1/PA6. The role also includes requirement to log in and out of customer and head office systems using tablets - past experience of using iPads to do this is preferred.
