Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative with experience of leading a team or an ambition to move into a supervisory position? Working with the UK's premier soft landscaping provider, we are in search of an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative or Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to support an established contract covering the Sutton, Croydon, Southwark Bexley areas. In this role you will lead the team, drive and encourage performance and foster a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 8 Grounds Maintenance Operatives across multiple sites
• Provide hands on Ground Maintenance support as well as carry out inspections and work directly with the client ensuring a top-quality service is provided.
• Fostering a professional and organised environment within the team.

Requirements:

• Ideally you will have a proven track record of leading a team of gardeners, ensuring all services are delivered to a high horticultural standard.
• A passion for your work, and an ambition to elevate performance of the team.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
