SalaryRecruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading landscaping business in their search for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to work in their leading facility in Mold.
For the successful Grounds Maintenance Team Leader our client is offering:- £12.50 per hour DOE
- Monday to Friday (Summer hours: 7:15am-5:00pm, Winter hours: 7:45am-4:00pm) Occasional Sat work required
- Temporary to Permanent Position
- Full PPE and uniform
- Annual bonus
- 1 day per week off in the winter season - paid
- Grass cutting, Shrub bed & hedge maintenance and weed control
- Sports Turf Management to include line marking
- To lead, motivate and instruct teams on site in order to achieve effective results and ensure targets and qualitydelivery are achieve

- Completion of internal paperwork, documents, forms as required by the business.
- Prior experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Full UK Driving Licence - ESSENTIAL
- Must be driven to deliver high quality results first time, every time for our customers
- Have the ability to lead and motivate your team
- Any plant tickets would be beneficial
