Grounds Maintenance / Garden Maintenance Team Leaders are required by one of UK's largest Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance specialists
Duties will include supervising a small team of operatives who are carrying out duties such as Grass / Lawn Cutting, Edging, Strimming, Hedge cutting, Litter Picking and Weed control and all gardening/Grounds Maintenance duties, using mowers and powered tools and you will also be carrying out these duties yourself
You will need to report daily to the depot based in the BR7 or the BR3 area
Candidates will need have lots of experience using the gardening equipment i.e hedge cutters and lawn mowers etc and also ideally experience in a team leader gardening role
Permanent roles are available after a successful probation period
£13.52 per hour
We have got X2 roles for drivers and X2 roles for a non driver
The more candidates that are drivers the better and candidates would have to be very good to be taken on as a non driver for this role
Candidates will be working in Beaverwood or Kelsey
All inductions are at Beaverwood
You will be working in a mobile team of two or three workers
The working hours are 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday
