SalaryGrounds Operation Delivery Manager (Ref 2024-43)
Location: Marlborough House, Craigavon
The post holder will be required to support and lead theeffective delivery and management of the Regional Operational GroundMaintenance Team.This requires theimplementation and delivery of the Region’s various Grounds Services Contracts,through the effective management of the annual grounds maintenance budget,contract performance indicators and provides technical advice & support tothe Assistant Regional Manager in all Grounds related matters.
The current salary for this post is £38,223 - £48,474 perannum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contributionof 19%.
